We require a talented Trainee (m/f/d) Key Account Manager for full-time employment at our Bornheim location!
Your Responsibilities
As a trainee in the field of Key Account Management, during our 6-12 month program (we adapt to you and take the corresponding time), you will learn what it means to manage our long-term customer relationships, to be the central contact for them, and to generate upsells. In the process, you will rotate through all our Sales departments, which means:
Conducting complex consulting discussions with our customers - Our Key Account Managers will initiate you into our Sales strategy.
Active phone-based acquisition of new customers - Our customer acquisition specialists will train you in areas such as objection handling, solution-oriented selling, and upselling techniques.
Executing complex advisory discussions with our customers - Our Key Account Managers will immerse you in our Sales strategy.
Designing, creating, and monitoring Social Ads - In the Marketing area, you will receive a crash course in Performance Recruiting.
Conducting pre-qualification discussions - Our Sellcruiting team will coach you in the initial conversations with our generated candidates.
