We are in need of a talented Key Account Manager (m/w/d) on a full-time basis at our location in Bornheim!
Your Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you wield direct influence on the success of Electus. With every supremely satisfied client and each finalized upsell, you drive greater revenue, an increase in recommendations, and thereby hasten the company's growth.
You are responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with our most esteemed clients.
You orchestrate communication and coordinate the internal implementation of topics with our specialized departments.
You act as a strategic advisor for our existing customers, offering professional counsel regarding our recruiting services.
You work closely with the Sales Managers and the marketing team.
You participate in events, workshops, and speaking engagements, providing a point of contact.
