We are looking for a Account Manager (m/f/d) to work full-time and on a permanent basis at our headquarters in Bornheim.

Attractive fixed salary plus performance-based commission. This gives you the opportunity to earn up to €4,000,- per month and more. Your dedication is rewarded with us!

Your Responsibilities
  • You initiate the first contact with our target customers and schedule appointments with the right decision-makers, who will subsequently come into contact with our strategy experts.

  • You conduct initial discussions for needs analysis with our new clients.

  • You take on the planning as well as the preparation and follow-up of appointments for our strategy consultants.

  • You regularly participate in internal coaching sessions for new client acquisition.

Your Profile
  • Experience in call center or sales highly desirable

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Level C1 or higher)

  • Friendly and service-oriented demeanor combined with strong persuasive power

  • Team player with a positive mindset
